Each Eligere bag is shipped with care from our studio in Tokyo, directly to you.

Shipping Carrier All orders are shipped via 【DHL Express】. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with your tracking number.

Processing Time

  • For in-stock items: Orders are typically processed and shipped within 3 business days of receiving payment.

  • For made-to-order items: If an item is out of stock, we will craft one especially for you upon receiving your order. Please allow approximately 【4-6 weeks】 for production before shipping.

Shipping Rates

  • Shipping to the United States: A flat rate of 【$50 USD】 applies to all orders. (Please note: Customers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply upon delivery.)

  • Shipping to other regions: If you wish to ship to a country outside of the United States, please contact us before making a purchase.

Estimated Delivery Time Once shipped, orders to the United States typically arrive within 【3-10 business days】. (Please note: International shipments may be subject to delays due to weather or local customs processing.)
